    Our order and goods has traceability,we will try our best to help customer to solve the problems.

  • What about the forwarder and shipping cost ?

    Usually customer has their own forwarder. But we like to help you get better price from our cooperated forwarder.

  • How about the delivery time?

    Usually production time is  15 - 30 days. It will be according to the quantity of order.

  • Can you produce product according my design?

    Yes. We could produce according your design and requests.

  • What's your acceptable payment term?

    Usually payment term is T/T, L/C. Others can be negotiated.

  • What express you often use to send the samples?

    We usually ship samples by TNT,DHL, UPS, FedEx ,EMS or SF. It takes 3-5 days to arrive.

  • If we customized samples, will the cost be for free?

    Yes. We promise that the samples cost will be for free after order confirmed.

  • What is the lead time for samples?

    Existing sample need 2-3 days, customized sample needs 5~7days.

  • Can I have a sample order?

    Yes. We would like to send you samples for checking quality.

  • Are you factory ?
